Features:

• Compact one-piece steel mounting plate guarantees proper hole locations.
• Extruded pivot pin holes and nylon pivot bushings provide a smooth maintenance-free ride.
• A comfortable plastic handle allows for easy adjustment of the tilt tension to fit the user's preference.
• Provided with threaded spindle, adjusting bell, and washer assembled and staked into the mechanism.
• Non-threaded spindle version available for applications where height adjustment is not required.
