Leggett & Platt's Office Components Design Center is dedicated to the design and development of office furniture, including components and subassemblies, along with complete products utilizing L&P's broad manufacturing capabilities and many years of furniture component experience. The Design Center is a resource for OEM Office Furniture Manufacturers and the Design Community.

Located very near the Grand Rapids airport, the Design Center is structured as a team facility. It features several wireless and hard link hoteling stations for visiting designers and OEM's to work alongside L&P staff as products are developed. Video conferencing is also available to effectively communicate development status with members of the team, in multiple locations.

The Design Center offers a rapid time-to-market development for the furniture manufacturer, cost-effective innovative solutions, and reduces investments and resources required for the manufacturer to bring products to market.
